BENECHIM was founded in 1968. Initially, the company concentrated its activity on the commercialization of a range of chemical products. In 2007, BENECHIM was integrated into the structure of the MOEHS Group. The activity focuses on the production of APIs and intermediates. Currently, BENECHIM is integrated into the structure of the MOEHS Group as one of the production centers.   

Highlights

Its total area is 48,000 m². The production building has a total area of 3,800 m2, the sewerage plant of 1200 m2 and a warehouse of 700 m². Laboratories, offices and workshop area with 1,500 square meters built. The synthesis and finishing facilities are distributed in 3 buildings:

Pavilion 1: Intermediate and technical products.

It is equipped with enameled or stainless steel multipurpose reactors, with capacities from 800 to 4,000 liters, stainless steel centrifuges. The total reaction capacity is 33 m³.

Pavilion 2: Intermediate GMP and API

This building is distributed in 3 independent cells equipped with enameled or stainless steel multipurpose reactors, with capacities from 4,000 liters to 11,000 liters, 6 clean rooms class D equipped with stainless steel centrifuges that work according to GMP. The total reaction capacity is 125 m³.

Finishing Unit: drying, milling, screening, packing operations.

It is equipped with 5 class D cleanrooms with paddle dryer, biconical dryer, tape blender or tray dryers that work according to GMP. 2,500L reactor stainless steel ready to work from -15ºC to +150ºC and 40 bar.
